WEEKLY MEET ON RIDE FELICITAION

A weekly regular meet was held to discuss the upcoming very important event Felicitation of RIDE Goliyan on 25 April 2026. All the important committees were formed for the day. Program chair will be PP Rtn. Manoj Kumar. The meeting was held at THE RED CROSS BHAWAN, Patna Coty Branch. The chair Govind Kanodia welcomed all Rotarians with flowers and fellowship. We plan to do a global grant project very soon here as a Blood Bank is coming up soon.

First Informal Board Meeting cum Club Assembly.

First informal board meeting cum Club Assembly was held on 11 April 2026. The meeting began with the Call to Order by President Rtn. Abhishek Patrick, followed by the National Anthem. President-Elect Rtn. Abhishek Raj welcomed all and announced key appointments, including Rtn. Sanjay Kumar Sinha as Club Learning Facilitator and the Board Members for the year. The proposed budget was presented and approved, with annual membership fees set at ₹18,000 (individual) and ₹28,000 (couple). Details of RI and club dues were shared, and members were encouraged to contribute $25 each to The Rotary Foundation. Rtn. Devesh Navadia was unanimously selected as President-Elect Nominee. Training programs (PELS, SELS, District Assembly) and member participation were discussed. Charter President Rtn. Bijay Yadav was honored, and Rtn. Manoj Kumar’s candidature for District Governor was approved. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks and fellowship.

Report on Weekly Club General Meeting It was successfully held and it witnessed the presence of esteemed members who actively participated in the discussions and deliberations. The meeting was presided over by Rtn. Abhishek Patrick (President 2025–26), along with Rtn. Om Prakash (Secretary 2025–26). Following mattes discussed - • Free Limb Project: Detailed discussion was held regarding planning, execution, and outreach strategies to ensure maximum benefit to the needy beneficiaries. • DG Visit: Preparations and coordination for the upcoming District Governor’s visit were reviewed, with responsibilities assigned to members for smooth conduct. • Upcoming Projects: like Rotary scholarship for meritorious STUDNETS were proposed and discussed. The meeting concluded on a positive note with active member engagement and a collective commitment to successfully implement the discussed initiatives. Vote of thanks was proposed by PP Sushil.

A weekly regular meet was held to discuss the upcoming Mega Eye Camp, Guru Parv and District conference at Tata. 1. Date of Eye Camp Patient Selection: 11th January 2026 2. Venue: Sanatan Dharm Sabha Bhavan, Janta Hotel, Chowk, Patna City 3. Rs 2100/- Per Member contribution for Eye camp decided and passed. 4. Individual Banner will be made for Members to be displayed in Patna City sponsored by the Member. 5. Pamphlet for Eye camp will be distributed. 6. E – Rickshaw Advt. will be done with Voice Recording Announcement. 7. Members to try for Sponsorships. 8. Guruparv will be celebrated on 26th December 2025. Our club will be distributing Tea/Biscuits/Toffee at Deoraj Bhaiya’s Uma Petrol Pump. The meeting ended with fellowship dinner.

Deepotsav | Fellowship program

Rotary Patna City Samrat Club organized a grand celebration of Deepotsav, the festival of lights, at Hotel KL 7, Raja Ghat, Patna City. The event was marked by the presence of esteemed guests, including the wife of the Honorable Governor of Bihar, Past District Governor Rotarian Bindu Ji, and other dignitaries. The evening was filled with cultural performances, music, and dance, followed by a series of fun-filled activities, including a lucky draw, bumper hoji, surprise gifts, and a cracker show. The event concluded with a delightful dinner and the exchange of Diwali greetings among the members. Club President Rotarian Abhishek Patrick and Secretary Roterian Om Prakash expressed gratitude to all the guests, members, and organizing team, highlighting the true spirit of Rotary: "Service Above Self." The event embodied the Rotary philosophy of promoting service, collaboration, and goodwill in the community.

WEEKLY FELLOWSHIP MEET IN INSTALLATION

The weekly regular meet was organised alongwith Installation of office bearers of 2025-26. PDG Bindu Singh was chief guest. Three new members were inducted. A wonderful club service project where 65 Rotarians and approximately 135 Guests including PDGs, Presidents, Secy , Annes and Rotarylets were present on the day. Our Chief guest was PDG Bindu Singh and Inaugurator Shree Nand Kishore Yadav, MLA. . A grand show to strengthen the bonding in Rotary family.
