On 17 November 2025, an important session on the project “Digital Detox for Adolescents” was conducted By Rotary Patna City Samrat at Jesus and Mary Academy, Patna City, for students of Classes 10 to 12. The session was led by Rotarian Dr. Shilpi Golwara, who provided valuable insights into the rising impact of social media on today’s youth. Introductory speech was done by Prez Abhishek and led by Chair Rtn. Pooja Sharma. This project, initiated by our club, aims to create awareness among young students about the harmful effects of excessive social media use and to guide them on how to protect themselves and maintain a healthy digital balance.
